Weakest First — overdue items sorted by most-overdue, auto-starts the hardest positions
Leech Drill — dedicated mode for positions with 4+ cumulative wrong answers
Session priority: overdue first → leeches (in leech-drill mode) → new items (20% weight) → weakness bias (ease < 1.8 gets 2× weight)
